Sales is a highly skilled and well respected team of manufacturer’s
representatives serving the plumbing, decorative showroom, and
related industries throughout the state of Florida.
Founded in
1988, RSL Sales has grown into one of Florida's most respected
sales agencies by providing an unmatched level of service and
dependability. Our drive, integrity and commitment to excellence
have resulted in long term relationships with our manufacturers
who are happy to have seen Florida become one of their top producing
territories.
When
we say we provide an unmatched level of service, we mean it.
We are proud of the fact that we go to market differently than
our competition. First, and foremost, we devote a tremendous
amount of attention to the lines we sell. Whereas most rep.
agencies are always looking for new lines, we are very selective
about the type and number of lines we sell.
We
will never represent more than a handful of lines. This
means that every year we must politely decline manufacturer’s
requests for us to sell their lines. This allows us to achieve
spectacular returns for the manufacturers we do represent.
In
2006, for our largest lines (lines with over 5 million dollars
in annual sales), we averaged approximately 80% growth.
These are lines that we have represented for nearly ten years
and that we have steadily built sales for. This type of sales
growth is not an anomaly, but rather consistent with the sales
results we have delivered since we have represented these lines.
We
achieve these returns by not only staying focused on a handful
of lines but also by relationship selling at every possible
level. From the wholesaler to the contractor, estimator,
project manager, architect, engineer, builder, inspector, showroom
associate, plumber in the field, and homeowner. The products
that we sell frequently and repeatedly get put in front of every
potential customer.
We
have the sales staff to get it done! From our humble
beginnings as a one man agency, we have grown into one of the
most respected and highly motivated groups of sales professionals
in our industry. Today, we have seven full time outside sales
people as well as a dedicated inside sales team, administrative

OUR
COMMITMENT:
We
make regular face to face calls to every viable wholesaler and
contractor in our market. In this day of faxes, e-mails,
and other modern conveniences the face to face sales call seems
to be becoming a thing of the past. At RSL, this is a change
we refuse to accept. Although we will make use of every modern
day means of communication to keep our customers up to date,
we will never accept this as a substitute for calling on our
customers face to face.
At
RSL Sales we clearly define the way that we do business.
In addition to continually working to make sure that our products
are foremost in our customer’s minds, we are always striving
to add value to both our manufacturers and customers. We work
very closely with our factories and are in touch with them every
single day. We continually strive to supply a constant stream
of marketing ideas and customer feedback. All so we can more
effectively serve our customers.
We believe the contractor is crucial to our success!
Not only do we call on the plumbing contractors in our market,
we do our best to get to every person that has any influence
on choosing the products we sell. This means in addition to
the purchasing agent, we are also in front of the project managers,
company owners, estimators, and plumbers in the field.
Showroom
associates and designers are also instrumental to our success.
From one end of the spectrum to the other, we have the knowledge
and relationships to get the job done. In addition to regularly
calling on all of the showrooms in our market, we also regularly
conduct product knowledge training with showroom associates,
and call on designers on their behalf.
We
jump to meet our customers needs! Our
rep's make use of every communication tool available to assure
we are always available. We have a reputation for being very
quick to respond to customers calls, and it is a reputation
we are very proud of!
We
are proud to be very active and responsible members of our industry.
From attending industry tradeshows to supporting industry associations,
we always welcome the opportunity to network with our peers.
In addition, we are very active in the inspector community.
We maintain great working relationships with the plumbing inspectors
in our area and are always happy to provide information on our
contractors behalf.
