We are a group of experienced sales professionals, and all of us have been working our territories for years. All of us have worked in, grown up in, or been a part of the plumbing industry for most of our adult lives. Our relationships in the Florida plumbing community go back over fifty years, when Ralph Schneeweiss ran Florida Pipe & Nipple, a pipe nipple manufacturer located in Hialeah Florida. As a teenager, Lee worked at his dad's pipe nipple manufacturing facility and made regular deliveries to the Wholesalers in the Miami area.

RSL Sales was formed when Lee Schneeweiss joined the company in 1995. Since then we have grown into a group of seven experienced and knowledgeable sales professionals. We pride ourselves on our quick callbacks, technical proficiency, and product knowledge. We also pride ourselves on the fact that we have solid relationships with every Wholesaler in the state, most of the state's plumbing contractors, and many of the state's professional plumbing Engineers.
