Here are some of the things
that our technical abilities allow us to do:
- We have every contact in our database
categorized by type. This allows us to get very specific
information to just the right user. For example, when
there is a new product that may benefit a commercial plumber,
that information is sent directly to all of the commercial
plumbers in the state. If there is a new spec. sheet or
CAD tool for Engineers, then we target just the Engineers.
Here are just a few of the categories we have our customers
broken down into: Architects/Engineers, Service Plumbers,
Commercial Plumbers, Multi-Family plumbers, Wholesale-Buyers
(by territory), Wholesale-Salespeople (by territory),
small plumbers, Inspectors, Showrooms, Builders, and more.
- There is a dedicated section at RSL
Sales.com for Engineers. Engineers prefer our site to
having to spend time trying to navigate all over different
manufacturer's sites. There is a specific Engineer section
on the RSL Sales website, and it is designed to put all
of the information and Engineer may need on one page.
In addition to specification sheets, we also have CAD
files that allow Engineers to "paste" our product
details right into their drawings.

- Whenever the need arises, we create
"Resource pages". Web pages designed to put
tools at a customer's fingertips. For example, when we
were successful in getting the Florida Building Commission
to adopt new Code Language on grease traps, we created
a page that has all of the relevant code information on
one page.

Because we maintain our own website, we
are able to constantly add new information, and update
our site constantly. We never use web-broadcasting services,
in order to avoid being classified as spam. We also limit
the number of e-mails we send, making sure what we do
send is always relevant to that customer. In this way,
we make sure that our e-mails are opened, read, and valuable.
When there are pricing updates, all of
our Wholesale buyers receive them immediately. We always
make certain to follow up any pricing updates with a face
to face visit to make sure that the customer understands
the pricing increase, and that we are doing everything
we can to make sure the increase does not adversely affect
our business.
We also have a very strict e-mail confidentiality
policy. We NEVER share e-mail addresses we receive with
anyone.
