We work very closely with our Sales Managers Successfully selling a line is a joint effort. No matter how visible we are, how good our relationships are with our customers, or how hard we work, we cannot be successful without the support of our manufacturers and their Sales Managers. Our mutual goals can only be accomplished by working together closely.

Each of our representatives is tasked with continually outlining and working a sales plan for each line that we represent. In addition, each of us is tasked with continually keeping our Sales Managers involved in the progress we are making towards our stated goals, and the challenges we are facing. On an ongoing basis our agency Principal reviews the performance of each of our reps. with our Sales Managers.

All of this designed to make sure that we are sharing ideas, putting our heads together to address challenges, and working together as a team.
